We offer 2 types of services: One Time and Full Time Service.
We help get the property ready to rent and help determine a price.
We advertise the property (Craigslist, Backpage, MUSC, CofC, MLS, Our Website, and fliers placed at each property each week.
We screen prospective tenants: Credit, Criminal Background, Eviction of Judgement History, Employment, and Rental History
We sign them to a standard lease.
At this point we transfer everything to you for collection of monthly rents, security deposits, and any repairs calls.
Costs:
1/2 of one months rent.
$15 per week for advertising while property is available
House must be re-keyed between occupants
House must have required smoke detectors

Monthly we collect rent (take tenant to court if we must at no additional cost other than court fees)
Handle any repairs calls (typically set us that we can make repairs up to a certain amount without first consulting with you with the exception of some state required repairs such as a water heater) We can use your designated repair people or our own.
Pay any bills and send checks to you each month around the 20th-23rd of the month with full accounting and copies of all bills.
Costs:
$150 Setup Fee (this is paid whenever the unit is rented (does not apply for a roommate change or lease extension)
$15 per week advertising while property is available.
10% on late fees and rents (2 exceptions: 1. Pet fee is given 100% to owner. 2. NSF fees or late fees associated with NSF are kept by Sloane Realty)
